Gutter cleaning in New Milton

Conservatories and extensions. A conservatory gutter sits low under the main roof and catches everything that blows off it. We clear it, and the gutter on a single storey extension, from the side or by pole, never with a ladder on the glass.

Clean or repair. While the run is empty we look at the joints, the union clips and their seals, the brackets and the fall. A leaking union seal is noted and priced on its own line. Height and access. A bungalow or a two storey semi comes off a ladder or a pole. A three storey run or a valley may want a tower, and access is its own line on the quote.

Outlets, downpipes and extras. Silt packs at the outlets, so a short run with several outlets can take longer than a long straight one. A conservatory, a bay, a porch or a hopper head each adds a little.

What has built up. Loose leaves lift straight out. Moss off concrete tiles that has sat for two or three winters sets into a wet mat that has to be dug out by hand, and that takes longer.
